Payroll Consultant

• Provide telephonic and onsite support to Sage Pastel Payroll clients

• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and efficiently

• Complete EMP
  501 reconciliations and E@syFile submissions

• Ensure ongoing compliance with payroll, tax, and legislative requirements

• Assist clients with payroll software queries and technical support

• Promote payroll software packages, upgrades, consulting services, and related solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities during quieter operational periods

• Minimum of 5 years' payroll experience

• Proficiency in Sage Pastel Payroll and related software

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and technical support

• Excellent client relationship management abilities

• Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements

• Business development skills

• Knowledge of GIS and C programming (advantageous)
