We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team to streamline decision-making, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness. In this pivotal role, you will act as right hand to the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing critical projects, and ensuring alignment of priorities across the company.

• Act as right hand to the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams and prioritizing initiatives.
• Coordinate critical projects and ensure alignment of priorities across the organization.
• Drive strategic initiatives and support executive decision-making to improve organizational effectiveness.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, including strong professional English and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a dynamic problem-solving role, such as management consulting or finance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with spreadsheet modelling.
• Experience with strategic planning.
• Eligible to work in South Africa and able to work on-site.
