Afrox, a Linde company, is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to design and govern the Africa region's enablement operating model. You will ensure the sales team has the right capabilities, frameworks, content, and infrastructure to execute the commercial strategy effectively and consistently.
You will own the enablement strategy, prioritisation, and governance, translating leadership objectives into structured roadmaps, capability frameworks, and scalable programs.
