The specialistactsas atrustedadvisor,proactivelyidentifyingrepairneeds,shapingsolutionscollaborativelywithcustomers, andconvertingopportunitiesintosustainablebusinessgrowth.

You will be part of the Chloorkop Service Centre Team under the Repair Business, who are dedicated to executing repair services for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

• Buildlong termpartnershipsbydeeplyunderstandingcustomeroperations,maintenancestrategies, andproductionchallenges.

• Positionrepairservices as astrategiclever to improvereliabilityandperformance.

• Ownand drive the sales ofrepairservices,includingcomponentrepairs,upgrades,refurbishments, andlifecyclesolutions.

• Developandexecuteshort- to medium-term sales plansfocusedon growingrepairrevenueandincreasingservice penetration.

• Identify,qualify, andconvertrepairopportunitiesacrosstheinstalledbase.

• Drive cross-sellandupsellofconsumables, spare parts, and service agreementslinkedtorepairactivities.

• Collaboratedirectlywithcustomersto diagnose issues andco-developoptimizedrepairsolutionstailoredtotheiroperationalneeds.

• Conduct site visits andtechnicalassessmentstoidentifyfailuremodes,improvement opportunities, andlifecycleextensionstrategies.

• Translatecustomerrequirementsintocustomizedrepairscopes,balancingcost, performance, andturnaroundtime.

• Handleobjectionsbyleveragingstrongtechnicalknowledgeandcompetitivepositioning.

• Ensuresmoothhandover andcollaborateon thefollow-upofrepairorderstoguaranteedeliveryqualityandcustomersatisfaction.

• Monitorrepairperformance,turnaround times, andcustomerfeedback tocontinuouslyimproveofferings.

• Travelling 50% of the time to client sites and identifying new repair business in collaboration with the field service and sales teams .

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales mindset with a focus on repair solutions.

• Ability to co-create solutions with customers and translate needs into actionable repair offerings

• Solid technical aptitude in equipment, components, and failure analysis

• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts into business value

• Relationship management and stakeholder engagement across customer and internal teams

• Analytical thinking to evaluate repair vs. replace scenarios

• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented

• Strong cross-functional collaboration

• Qualification:
  
  Trade or relevant technical qualification

• • 10 years’ experience as a repair specialist within a workshop

• Industry related experience

• Sales experience would be an advantage
