Role Purpose
To bring Weconnect
U’s brand to life through clean, modern, impactful design and to grow our digital presence by engaging the property management community with meaningful, educational content. This role also incorporates strong copywriting capability to ensure all creative outputs are supported by compelling, clear, and brand-aligned written communication.
Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling designs for digital assets including social content, product explainers, training materials, ads, website graphics, and presentations.
- Interpret complex product concepts into simple, intuitive visual communication.
- Maintain and evolve Weconnect
U’s visual identity across all touchpoints. - Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on campaign messaging and design needs.
- Produce infographics, guides, and educational visuals that support client learning and adoption.
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, campaigns, emailers, product communication, and educational content.
- Translate technical and product-related information into simple, user-friendly messaging.
- Develop captions, scripts, micro-copy, and short-form content that align with Weconnect
U’s tone of voice. - Ensure consistency across all written content and uphold high editorial standards.
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across Weconnect
U’s social media platforms. - Build and engage a community of property professionals and clients.
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain a warm, client-focused brand presence.
- Monitor insights, trends, and analytics to guide content improvements.
- Keep updated on industry topics, competitor activity, and platform trends.
- Assist with paid campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
- 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design or a similar role.
- Minimum 3 years’ copywriting experience
, ideally in a marketing, creative, or digital environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong design portfolio with clean, modern, tech-aligned work.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or B2B design (advantageous).
- Understanding of social platform algorithms and strategic content planning.
- Good video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Ability to convert product information into simple, user-friendly visual and written content.
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail
- Clear, concise writer with strong grammar and messaging sensitivity
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Tech-savvy and eager to understand software and product workflows
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
