About the Role

Our client, a leading media production company in Vereeniging , is seeking an experienced and dynamic Broadcast Producer to oversee the development and execution of television programs and digital content. You will manage all phases of production, from conceptualization and budgeting to shooting and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role is critical within the Arts & Entertainment sector, requiring strong leadership and a deep understanding of broadcast workflows to create engaging and high-quality content for diverse audiences.

• Develop program concepts, treatments, and budgets for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Manage all logistical aspects of production, including scheduling, crewing, and location scouting.
• Oversee on-set production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and creative vision.
• Coordinate post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, and graphics integration.
• Liaise with network executives, clients, and talent to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage production staff and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in broadcast or media production, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong understanding of television production workflows, from pre-production to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
