About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Childcare Assistant to provide support to children with diverse learning and developmental needs in Klerksdorp . This role involves working closely with lead educators to implement individualized education plans and provide direct assistance to children in a classroom setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

• Assist children with special needs in daily activities, including personal care, learning tasks, and social interactions.
• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under the guidance of educators.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to children requiring extra attention.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate observations and progress of children to the teaching staff and relevant professionals.

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental challenges.
