About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher for Early Childhood Development (ECD) to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will focus on fostering the holistic development of young learners, creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes early learning and school readiness.

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in early childhood education or developmental environments.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in ECD.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young children and their families.
• Demonstrable skills in classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Competence in using technology and digital tools to enhance educational practices.

• Additional certifications in first aid or child safety training would be advantageous.
• Experience with implementing specific educational programs or curricula tailored to young learners.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in relevant local languages, would be considered a plus.
