Key Requirements:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles with 3+ years post-articles experience.
- Experience with in automotive or a related industry advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage a full finance function.
- Confident, assertive personality with strong leadership ability.
- Previous managerial experience essential.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Oversee and manage the full finance function of the business.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance are maintained.
- Lead and mentor finance and administrative staff.
- Partner with operational teams to support business performance.
- Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
