FICA Compliance Officer

FICA Compliance Officer required in Kempton Park.

My client in Kempton Park (Witfontein area) is looking for an experienced FICA Compliance Officer on a fulltime basis.

You will oversee and maintain the organisation’s compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and related anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

You will need relevant experience in a similar role and be able to cope in a high volume environment.

Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer due diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), screening, and record-keeping processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify, investigate, and elevate suspicious transactions and compliance risks, including reporting obligations where required.
• Maintain accurate FICA compliance records and documentation.
• Oversee implementation of the organisation’s Risk Management and Compliance Program (RMCP), as well as ensuring that the RMCP is up to date and accurate.
