Technical Competencies & Experience

Make sure the finance departments prioritize quality.

Oversee ongoing process optimization and improvement, audit feedback, and reporting quality.

Applicable, pertinent financial reports must be optimized and of a high enough calibre to guarantee that the business may be effectively run and continue to expand.

Make ensuring the systems, data acquisition, and reporting from the finance team are accurate and of high quality.

Oversee the ROI, NPV, payback, EVA, and other financial analyses and justifications for fixed asset investments.

Create financial tools and oversee feasibility studies (payback, cost savings, and EVA), particularly for capital expenditures.

Verify and advise on the fulfilment of working capital needs.

Management and leadership of the year‑end external audit process to identify possibilities for ongoing improvement.

Oversee the project team's completion of audit findings within predetermined deadlines.

Every deadline for reporting is sacred.

Encourage and direct the creation of policies and decision‑making.
