RMV Solutions is recruiting Financial Advisors on behalf of an established and reputable authorised financial services provider with a strong presence in the financial planning and advisory sector.

Our client is open to considering both experienced Financial Advisors and recent graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in financial services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, professional, self-driven, and interested in developing within a structured financial advisory environment.

Successful candidates will receive a basic salary for the initial support period during the first few months of employment. Thereafter, the role will transition to a commission-only structure.

• Prospecting for new clients and generating new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients
• Assisting clients with financial planning discussions and recommendations

• Gathering relevant financial data from clients
• Assisting clients in defining financial goals and priorities
• Analyzing and evaluating client financial information
• Supporting the implementation of financial planning recommendations
  
  Monitoring financial planning solutions and client portfolios on an ongoing basis
• Maintaining professional standards, compliance requirements, and ethical advisory practices

• Matric
• Relevant financial planning, financial services, commerce, business, or related qualification
• Successfully completed Class of Business exam, or willingness to complete where applicable
• Successfully completed RE5 exam, or willingness to complete where applicable
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification or equivalent full qualification at NQF Level 6 would be advantageous
• FSCA registration as a full representative would be advantageous for experienced candidates
• Previous experience rendering financial advice and intermediary services would be beneficial
• Recent graduates with the right attitude, drive, and interest in financial advisory will also be considered
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage professionally with clients
• High level of initiative, self-discipline, and entrepreneurial ability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal performance
• Own reliable transport and cellphone are required
