Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete financial operations across hotel, conferencing, and casino activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse operating results and recommend strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of all expenditure, including capital projects.
• Manage statutory taxes, levies, annual taxation, and deferred tax calculations.
• Oversee investment evaluations and financial return analyses.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting broader business objectives.
