Responsibilities- Deliver relevant advice and solutions aligned to customer needs and market trends.
- Manage administration efficiently through effective planning, reporting, and updates.
- Compile insightful reports to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain and manage a strong leads pipeline.
- Support sales through client analysis and proactive engagement.
- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and increased sales.
- Meet financial targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify and secure profitable, creditworthy clients.
- Grow and retain the customer base through strong relationship management.
- Use resources responsibly to support cost control.
- Provide exceptional, innovative service that exceeds client expectations.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal processes.

- Minimum Qualification – FSCA approved Degree (NQF7 level) in Finance, Economics, Investments, or related field.
- Experience – 3 to 5 years’ experience in banking, wealth management, or financial analysis.
- Must not be unrehabilitated and insolvent.
