Finance Clerk

• Support and assist with general finance transaction processing across the finance function
• Assist with capturing financial entries and validating data accuracy
• Maintain organized filing systems for finance records (electronic and physical)
• Support audit requests and ensure documentation is audit-ready
• Assist with petty cash, stock, and fixed asset administration
• Prepare basic spreadsheets, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support month-end processes, data validation, and financial controls
• Contribute to compliance monitoring and contract/lease administration
• Provide administrative support to the finance team during busy periods and ad hoc tasks

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and finance administration
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Strong record‑keeping and reconciliation skills
• Good organizational and filing skills
• Ability to support audit and compliance activities
• Willingness to learn and support various finance functions
