Senior Analyst, Financial Modelling

Cyber Sentriq is a private equity-backed cyber security SaaS business scaling rapidly towards ~ 100M ARR through a high-performance MSP-first go-to-market model. This is a rare opportunity to shape how the business understands and drives its revenue engine at scale - transforming fragmented data into a single, trusted source of truth that underpins every strategic decision. We are now hiring for a Senior Analyst, Financial Modelling, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will sit at the centre of Finance, Revenue, and Operations, building AI-enabled models that deliver clear, forward‑looking insight on channel performance, partner productivity, and growth efficiency - directly influencing board-level decisions, investor confidence, and how we invest to better serve our customers.

• Design and build a multi-dimensional financial Data Cube consolidating revenue, cost, pipeline, and channel data into one governed model.
• Define the dimensional structure (product, channel, region, customer segment, time) so the business can slice ARR, GRR, and cost data on demand.
• Establish data quality, reconciliation, and version-control standards so the Cube is trusted as the single source of truth.
• Automate refresh cycles to remove manual reconciliation and shorten the board reporting cycle.

• Build and maintain a Revenue GTM model for the distribution/MSP channel - forecasting channel revenue contribution, partner productivity, and pipeline-to-quota coverage.
• Partner with Revenue and Sales Ops to align channel assumptions (partner tiers, deal velocity, attach rates) with actuals.
• Produce scenario views (base/upside/downside) to support channel investment decisions.

• Support monthly/quarterly FP&A cycles: variance analysis, forecast updates, and commentary for exec and PE‑sponsor packs.
• Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and People teams to ensure financial models reflect real operational drivers, not just historic trend.
• Maintain documentation and model governance so work is auditable and transferable - no single-point-of-failure modelling.

• 3‑5+ years in FP&A, financial modelling, or commercial finance, ideally in SaaS or a subscription‑revenue business.
• Advanced financial modelling skills (complex, multi-driver models) and strong data modelling / structuring capability.
• Working understanding of SaaS metrics - ARR, GRR/NRR, CAC, channel economics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of BI or data-cube tooling (e.g. Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure from a loosely defined brief.

• Data cleansing & reconciliation: using AI tools to identify anomalies and reconciliation breaks across source data feeding the Data Cube.
• Natural-language querying: enabling business stakeholders to query the Data Cube and GTM model in plain language rather than raw spreadsheets.
• AI-assisted scenario modelling: using AI to accelerate scenario/sensitivity analysis for the Revenue GTM model, with all outputs human-reviewed before use.

• Data Cube live with governed refresh cycle and reconciled to source systems - target: zero material reconciliation breaks by month 4.
• Revenue GTM model adopted by Revenue leadership for at least one quarterly planning cycle.
• Board/PE‑sponsor reporting cycle time reduced - target to be agreed with Head of FP&A.
• Positive stakeholder feedback from Revenue, Sales Ops, and People teams on model usability and trust.
