• Apply financial expertise in a dynamic and forward‑thinking environment.
• Ensure financial integrity and compliance with statutory regulations while driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the monthly closing process and manage reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Oversee financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls.
• Co‑ordinate internal and external audit requirements and resolve findings promptly.
• Provide accurate cash forecasts and manage bank accounts for multiple legal entities.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with corporate income tax submissions.
• Support the Business Development team in preparing financial information for tenders.
• Drive financial awareness and improvements across the business.

• A CIMA or CA(SA) qualification.
• Experience or understanding of financial accounting, management control, and statutory reporting.
• Knowledge of tax‑related matters and financial compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Track record in improving financial procedures and controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Self‑motivation with a drive for continuous improvement and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management, and decision‑making skills.
