Responsibilities- Apply financial expertise in a dynamic and forward‑thinking environment.
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance with statutory regulations while driving continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the monthly closing process and manage reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Oversee financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls.
- Co‑ordinate internal and external audit requirements and resolve findings promptly.
- Provide accurate cash forecasts and manage bank accounts for multiple legal entities.
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with corporate income tax submissions.
- Support the Business Development team in preparing financial information for tenders.
- Drive financial awareness and improvements across the business.
- A CIMA or CA(SA) qualification.
- Experience or understanding of financial accounting, management control, and statutory reporting.
- Knowledge of tax‑related matters and financial compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Track record in improving financial procedures and controls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Self‑motivation with a drive for continuous improvement and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, project‑management, and decision‑making skills.
