Nedbank is hiring a Service Consultant in Caledon to educate clients on the convenience and security of digital banking, while processing cash transactions and servicing cash fulfillment tasks. You will perform first line device maintenance and help customers navigate self-service options to meet their banking needs.
You will build lasting client relationships, guide customers through online applications, and assist with statements, cards and documentation.
