Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and month-end/year-end processes.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, IFRS and company policies.
• Oversee debtors, creditors, fixed assets and stock control processes.
• Stock management essential
• Support commercial and operational decision-making through financial analysis.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team.
• Manage CAPEX applications, weekly flash reporting and payment processes.
• Ensure the integrity of financial systems and continuous process improvement.

• BCom or equivalent Commercial Degree.
• Minimum 5 years' financial management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP experience (JD Edwards advantageous).
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification will be advantageous.
• Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence.

• Highly organised with strong time management and interpersonal skills
