Client Services Consultant: Communication Centre

To be responsible for all client contact (telephonic, written (e‑mail) and walk‑in), ensuring clear, professional and effective communication across all channels. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver a high standard of client service. It offers the opportunity to continue your career in financial services within a highly respected client services team. This role is based in Cape Town.

• Ensuring that the highest level of client service is provided to all clients (internal, IFA’s and investors)
• Assisting clients with investment administration queries
• Providing investment and product information to IFA’s and investors
• Involved in ad‑hoc client services projects
• Assist with benefit counselling

• Matric / Grade 12 including Pure Mathematics
• A relevant financial degree / qualification advantageous
• 3 years’ experience in finance or investment industry
• Exceptional communication skills written and verbal, with a strong ability to manage both telephonic and written client interactions effectively
