The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of Agile Finance, ensuring that lending processes, internal systems, agent coordination, and customer interactions run efficiently.

• Assist with loan application reviews and processing.
• Support credit assessment and risk control processes.
• Review customer information and supporting documentation.
• Assist with customer verification and contract processes.
• Monitor loan performance and repayment activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential credit records.
• Support responsible lending decisions through proper analysis and controls.

• Manage daily operational activities and follow-ups.
• Maintain organised records, reports, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure operational tasks are completed.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management.
• Identify process improvements and support the implementation of better systems.
• Assist with maintaining operational standards and procedures.

• Support the onboarding and coordination of Agile Finance agents.
• Communicate processes, requirements, and updates to agents.
• Monitor application quality and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Track agent activities and support performance reporting.

• Assist customers throughout the lending process.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Support relationship management with customers and partners.
• Ensure customers receive accurate information and guidance.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in microfinance, lending, financial services, or a related industry.
• Understanding of:
  • Credit processes.
  • Risk management.
  • Financial operations.
  • Customer verification.
  • Documentation and controls.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
