The Financial Manager will oversee and enhance the financial operations, including creditors and debtors management, VAT compliance, payroll, and budgeting. They will play a key role in procurement processes and financial forecasting to support business objectives.

• Oversee full creditors function, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of supplier invoices.
• Manage debtors function including invoicing, receipting, and credit control.
• Perform account allocations, month-end reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Manage VAT control and compliance with SARS requirements.
• Lead procurement, negotiation, and coordination of orders with project requirements.
• Oversee import/export processes, documentation, and logistics.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Support time management and cost tracking of vessel construction projects.
• Manage payroll and HR oversight, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
• Optimise ERP systems for accurate financial and inventory reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (BCom) or similar qualification.
• Experience in financial management or accounting roles.
• Familiarity with financial processes, procurement, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
