Position: Senior Client Support Officer (Financial Services)
Location: Somerset West

A well established international financial services concern with offices in Somerset West is seeking a Senior Officer:
Client Support who will be responsible for delivering a high standard of client service by managing complex cases, overseeing day-to-day client servicing activities, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an excellent client experience.

The role requires strong technical knowledge to handle escalated queries from financial advisers, members, and third parties while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in a client services role, preferably within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in handling client queries and maintaining high service standards
• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field)
• Diploma or certification in Financial Services, Compliance, or Client Services (advantageous)
• Understanding of pensions and investment products and experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of compliance and risk requirements
