• Approve all payments and expenses across multiple companies

• Manage cash flow and asset control

• Ensure statutory tax submissions and compliance

• Oversee cost control and operational costings

• Report to CFO and sector MDs

• Manage debtors and creditors

• Conduct cost and management accounting for all South African entities

• Hold costing meetings with management

• Research cost efficiencies and purchasing improvements

• Perform due diligence for acquisitions

• Matric + relevant tertiary qualification with completed articles

• 20+ years extensive financial management experience

• Proficient in introducing cost controls and cost management reporting

• Strong cash flow management skills

• In-depth knowledge of tax compliance

• Proven asset management expertise

• Proficiency in cost accounting and financial reporting

• Experience in budgeting and financial analysis

• Ability to lead and oversee complex financial processes

• Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting
