• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and relevant financial management tools.

• 5–10 years' progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Financial Management position within a manufacturing environment.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans for the particle board production line.
• Monitor and analyse production costs, including raw materials, utilities, maintenance and manufacturing overheads.
• Identify manufacturing cost variances and provide recommendations for cost reduction, operational efficiencies and improved profitability.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial risks.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
• Develop financial models and provide financial evaluations for capital expenditure and operational improvement projects.
• Partner with operational management to improve financial performance, cost control and manufacturing efficiencies.
