Graduate In Training: Finance

The Graduate in Training – Finance will be placed within the Finance Department to gain practical experience and exposure to various financial management functions. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day financial operations, process improvement initiatives, and administrative support while undergoing structured performance assessments and professional development.

• Support the Finance Department with daily financial and administrative tasks
• Assist in process improvement and cost control initiatives
• Prepare and analyse financial data, reports, and reconciliations
• Participate in departmental audits and compliance checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency in financial processes
• Attend all scheduled training and performance review sessions
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial information
• Perform duties as required within the scope of the training programme
