Standard Bank Group is offering a Group Compliance Graduate Programme designed to equip young graduates with the skills and exposure needed to thrive in compliance and risk management. The programme provides rotations, mentorship, and high-impact projects from day one, giving candidates the opportunity to grow into ethical, trusted business leaders while supporting the bank’s compliance objectives.
Responsibilities- Gain practical experience in compliance, risk, and regulatory processes
- Participate in rotations across Group Functions
- Collaborate with senior professionals and mentors
- Contribute to compliance projects and reporting
- Support business with compliance training and advisory
- Build skills through structured learning pathways and coaching
- Minimum 4-year degree or Honours in:
Business Commerce, Risk, Legal, or Audit - South African citizenship
- Under the age of 30
- Maximum of two years’ work experience
- Minimum 65% average across all years of study
