- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; progress towards CFA is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, research, or a related financial role.

- Excellent understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and valuation methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentation.
