- Pursuing or holding a CFA designation is a significant advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or a related role within the financial services industry .
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel). Experience with financial databases like Bloomberg is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
