Msuez Uk, a leading financial institution in South Africa, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. This is a full-time position located in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and performing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your main duties will include:

• Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other account-related inquiries
• Processing loan payments, cashing checks, and issuing money orders
• Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to customers
• Balancing cash drawers and maintaining accurate records of transactions
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Adhering to all bank policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality measures

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong numerical and computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
