Food & Beverage Supervisor – Waterberg Game Park

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Support scheduling and rota planning

• Must have experience in Food & Beverage services
• Must be able to lead a team
• High level of communication skills – both written and verbal
• Must be computer literate
• Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience
• Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner

• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Honest & Dependable
