A hospitality company is seeking a Reservationist to manage guest communications and maintain reservation records. The ideal candidate will have a Hospitality Diploma and at least 2 to 3 years of reservationist experience. Responsibilities include responding to reservations, processing modifications, and ensuring detail-oriented service. Prospective applicants should be problem solvers, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.
