Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a committed couple to join a luxury game lodge in Madikwe. This live-in opportunity combines operational leadership with guest liaison responsibilities, ideal for couples with hospitality or lodge experience who work well as a team in a remote environment.

Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 (depending on experience) | Live-in

The Lodge Manager will:

• Take full responsibility for lodge operations
• Demonstrate strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Be hands‑on and highly capable in maintenance tasks
• Have working knowledge of HR processes (advantageous)
• Lead by example and maintain high operational standards
• Report to Operations Directors based in George & Johannesburg

The Lodge Anchor will:

• Excel in guest relations and enhancing the guest experience
• Assist with administration and day‑to‑day lodge coordination
• Support staff welfare and morale
• Be flexible and assist across various departments as needed
• Act as a consistent, welcoming presence for both guests and staff

• Live-in position for a couple
• Accommodation and meals provided
• 12 bed nights annually

A committed couple with previous lodge or hospitality experience, comfortable in a remote, live-in environment, and able to work together effectively as a team.
