Receptionist / Relief Night Auditor – Luxury Hotel | Constantia, Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Relief Night Auditor for a luxury hotel based in Constantia, Western Cape. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented hospitality professional who is confident in both front office operations and night audit procedures.

Salary: R15,000 – R16,000 per month (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

• Handle reservations, enquiries and guest requests promptly

• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

• Assist with daily front office administration and reporting

• Conduct night audit duties when required, including balancing accounts and reconciling transactions

• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports

• Ensure the safety, security and smooth running of the property during night shifts

• Maintain clear communication with all departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Night Auditor within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment

• Sound understanding of night audit procedures and financial reconciliations

• Proficiency in hotel management systems

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage night shifts when required

• Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach
