Front Office Manager – Luxury Lodge | Bela Bela
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and reliable Front Office Manager for a luxury lodge based in Bela Bela. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership qualities who can manage a front office team efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 per month (DOE)

Live-in (single flatlet provided)
Transport:
Own transport required
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to maintain high standards
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures and guest enquiries
• Monitor reservations and room allocations
• Ensure effective communication between front office and other departments
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold health, safety, and operational standards
• Report to management on operational and performance matters
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role within a luxury lodge or hotel
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with excellent leadership skills
• Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Professional presentation and a guest-focused approach
• Own transport required
