Lodge Manager
- Take full responsibility for lodge operations
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Be hands‑on and highly capable in maintenance
- Have working knowledge of HR processes (advantageous)
- Lead by example and maintain high operational standards
- Report to Operations Directors based in George & JHB
- Be strong in guest relations and guest experience
- Assist with admin and day‑to‑day lodge coordination
- Support staff welfare and morale
- Be flexible and willing to assist across various departments
- Act as a consistent, welcoming presence for guests and staff
- Grade 12
- A formal hospitality qualification
- At least 3 – 5 years hospitality management experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Financial knowledge
- Live‑in position for a couple
- Accommodation & meals provided
- Tips
- Full provident fund
- 12 Bed nights annually
