Hotel Jobs is seeking a Head Chef for a 4
* Game Lodge in the Greater Addo area. The role leads the kitchen, develops menus, controls costs, and ensures high standards of food quality and service.
The successful candidate will have a Professional Cookery Diploma, 3+ years' experience, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to train staff and manage budgets while maintaining guest satisfaction in a busy lodge environment.
