??? is partnering with a world-class safari lodge situated within the Kruger National Park to recruit an experienced and passionate ???????. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is driven by excellence, passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences, and thrives in a remote, wildlife-rich environment. The successful candidate will support the Lodge Manager in all operational aspects of the lodge, ensuring that both service and presentation standards are always upheld to the highest level.

The role encompasses oversight of guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening standards, as well as financial administration including stock control and ordering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring lodge staff, maintaining the guest database, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of concierge and reception functions. A strong understanding of Food and Beverage, an awareness of dietary requirements and allergens, and the ability to uphold the integrity of the lodge’s design and style across all areas are essential to success in this role.

The position also requires active support of the property’s conservation ethos, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, resolve challenges proactively, and lead a team with confidence and empathy.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a five-star hotel or world-class lodge, including at least 2 years in a management role
  • Exceptional Food and Beverage knowledge with awareness of dietaries and allergens
  • High standards of service excellence and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Strong financial management ability, including stock control and administration of orders
  • Excellent management, communication, and staff development skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
  • Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Assertive, patient, organised, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
  • Clear understanding of basic labour law and disciplinary procedures
  • Stable employment history and contactable references
