Wild Dreams Hospitality in Kwa Zulu-Natal is seeking a Reservationist to drive bookings for lodge accommodation, safari experiences and related services, delivering a seamless, luxury reservations journey from enquiry through to guest arrival.
You will upsell packages, maintain data integrity in the OPERA PMS, and coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Safari, F&B, Finance and Operations to ensure flawless guest experiences.
