Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join a luxury safari lodge where you'll play a key role in leading daily operations and ensuring five-star service in a spectacular bush setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the lodge during your shift

Deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure

Lead and support Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guiding and Maintenance teams

Handle guest feedback and resolve operational challenges with professionalism

Act as the first responder during emergencies, including medical, wildlife, fire and security incidents

Ensure compliance with lodge standards, health & safety procedures and luxury service expectations

Coordinate daily operations, guest movements and departmental communication

Previous Duty Manager or senior lodge operations experience within a luxury safari lodge

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent guest relations and communication abilities

Strong organisational, administration and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a remote lodge environment

Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Live-in with accommodation and meals on duty

3 weeks on, 1 week off
