* Game Lodge in Hoedspruit. You will support the Head and Executive Chefs, lead kitchen operations, and ensure exceptional guest dining experiences through high standards of quality and presentation.
The role requires strong culinary skill, disciplined daily execution, and the ability to guide the team during preparation, service and handovers. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential.
