UnifyCX is seeking an extraordinary Hospitality Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Ballito, Kwa Zulu-Natal. You will support luxury hotel and resort partners, handling bookings and delivering personalized recommendations to elevate the guest experience.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service and hospitality, strong English communication, and a knack for consultative upselling. This role requires onsite work with rotating shifts to meet business needs.
