A luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger | Hoedspruit region is seeking a reliable, confident, and guest-focused Lodge Anchor to support the smooth day-to-day operation of an intimate lodge accommodating a maximum of 10 guests.
This is a hands-on hospitality position suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved in all areas of the guest experience and ensuring the lodge runs smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the daily running of the lodge
- Welcome, host, and assist guests throughout their stay
- Ensure guest areas and rooms are maintained to a high standard
- Assist with meals, service, and general guest requirements
- Support housekeeping and lodge operations where required
- Assist with stock and general lodge administration
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure guests receive a warm, personalised, and memorable experience
- Assist the General Manager and wider lodge team as required
- Salary Negotiable (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
