REQUIREMENT:
- RSA legal residence essential
- Proven experience in a senior lodge management or General Manager position
- Luxury lodge or 5 Star hospitality experience advantageous
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Financial and cost control experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the property
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the lodge
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop the lodge team
- Oversee operational administration, stock, purchasing, and cost control
- Manage guest relations and ensure personalised guest experiences
- Monitor property standards, maintenance, and presentation
- Manage staff schedules and operational requirements
- Liaise with management and suppliers as required
- Ensure the lodge operates efficiently and professionally at all times
- R30,000 per month (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
