• Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including restaurant reservations, tour bookings, transportation, and local information.
• Provide personalized recommendations for activities, attractions, and dining based on guest preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services in the Benoni area.
• Handle guest inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to facilitate guest arrangements.
• Ensure the concierge desk is well-organized and presentable at all times.

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest relations, or customer service role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, dining, and transportation options.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
