About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at their hotel in Klerksdorp . This role is vital in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests. You will be an ambassador for the hotel, embodying its commitment to excellent service.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer interaction in the North West province.

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Process check-outs, settle guest accounts, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, providing helpful information.
• Handle telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages.
• Address guest concerns and complaints courteously and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
