Our client is seeking a personable and professional Guest Relations Officer to enhance the guest experience at their esteemed property in Klerksdorp . You will be the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. The hybrid nature of this role allows for focused administrative work remotely, complemented by essential on-site guest engagement.

• Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Proactively address guest needs, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Build rapport with guests, fostering positive relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently.
• Maintain guest records and feedback logs to identify areas for service improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special guest events or amenities.

• Proven experience in guest relations , front desk, or a similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A professional and empathetic demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
