• Lead, train, and supervise a team of catering staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of catering events, managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service standards meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as needed and monitoring stock levels.
• Address client feedback and resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in catering management or supervision, with a strong understanding of food safety and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
