About the Role

Our client is seeking a polished and resourceful Hotel Concierge to enhance the guest experience at their premier establishment in Klerksdorp . As the first point of contact for many guest needs, you will provide exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling requests to ensure memorable stays. This role requires extensive local knowledge, a professional demeanor, and the ability to connect guests with the best dining, entertainment, and transportation options.

You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests with all aspects of their visit.

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and entertainment.
• Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers and local travel.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the Klerksdorp area and its attractions.
