About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Corporate Catering Specialist to manage and deliver exceptional catering services for business events. This on-site role involves working closely with corporate clients to understand their needs, create tailored menus, and ensure flawless execution of all catering arrangements. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, and ensuring that every event reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

- Consult with corporate clients to design customized menus and catering plans for meetings, conferences, and events.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, service teams, and external vendors to guarantee seamless event execution.
- Previous experience in catering, event planning, or account management, with a focus on corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings, as required by corporate schedules.
